Library meeting rooms may be requested by returning a completed and signed Meeting Room Application to the library's Wausau Headquarters via fax at 715-261-7204, email at info@mcpl.us, regular mail or in person. All rooms have wireless internet access, chairs and tables. Equipment requests must be made at the same time as your Meeting Room Application, and may include a laptop, LCD projector, TV/DVD, white-board or podium. Other equipment may be obtained upon request. All requests are subject to availability. Wausau Room Located on the third floor with a maximum capacity of 99 people (10 minimum). Amenities include a sink, small refrigerator, coffee maker and projection screen (projector must be requested). Wausau Conference Room Located on the first floor with a maximum capacity of 12 people. Mosinee Meeting Room Maximum capacity of 99 people. Amenities include a coffee maker and a sink. Stratford Meeting Room Maximum capacity of 30 adults or 50 children. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave and a sink.
